Becoming a Accredited Member Business;

|
- Provide the ADWP with information regarding ownership and management and the street address and telephone number at which they do business, which may be verified by the ADWP in a visit to the business's physical premises;
|
|
- Be in business a minimum of three years (an exception can be made if a new business is a spinoff or a division of an existing business, which is known to and has a positive track record with the ADWP);
|
|
- Have a satisfactory complaint handling record with the ADWP;
|
|
|
|
- Agree to abide by the Code of ADWP Business Practices, and to cooperate with any ADWP request for modification of a web site to bring it into accordance with the Code;
|
|
- Respond promptly to all customer complaints;
|
|
- Agree to dispute resolution, at the customer's request, for unresolved disputes involving consumer services.
|
ADWPs do not endorse any business, product or service and participation in a ADWP program is not a guarantee by the ADWP of the business's performance. ADWPmembers participants have agreed to meet our program standards, including resolving customer disputes through our dispute resolution processes, which have a proven customer-friendly track record. |
